Martina: Hi Sabina, how are you doing?

Sabina: Gut, danke! Hast du schon Urlaubspläne?

Sabina: Fine, thanks! Any plans for your holidays?

Martina: Ja, wir werden Barcelona besuchen. Da wollte ich schon immer mal hinfahren.

Martina: Yes, we will visit Barcelona. I've always wanted to go there.

Sabina: Es ist schön dort, aber nimm lieber Reiseschecks statt Bargeld mit. Es gibt viele Taschendiebe in Barcelona.

Sabina: It's nice there but better get traveller's cheque instead cash. There are a lot of pickpockets in Barcelona.

Martina: Ja, ich weiß. In meinem Reiseführer steht, dass es viele Diebe bei "La Rambla" gibt.

Martina: Yes, I know. My guidebook says there are a lot of thieves around "La Rambla".

Sabina: Das ist die berühmte Straße in Barcelona, oder?

Sabina: That's the famous street in Barcelona, right?

Martina: Ja, genau. Die ist über einen Kilometer lang!

Martina: Yes, it is. It is over one kilometre long!

Sabina: Wahnsinn!

Sabina: Amazing!
